Greetings Roberta, I am LauraN and I would like to welcome you to the site!!! We are also twins for I, too, have those violent twiches where I have been in the bathroom sitting on the "throne" when boom, my foot lits to wall or the door or something in there!!! Man, does it hurt! I have twinges in my spinal column that sometimes is so sharp, I feel like someone is sticking me in the back with a very sharp pin!!!
