Sherry, You are NOT loosing your mind. I also experience similar pain sensations. I have the pulling, both front and back and feel pain worse in the am. I have had aching and weakness in my legs. It is very frustrating for me and disruptive to my life. You are not alone but I also don't know what to do about it. Natalie
