Re: ADHESIONS AND PAIN

I just want to add that this is what creates an opportunity for doctors to take a peek inside. This is what happened to me last October and the punctures made by the tools used for the "diagnostic" laparoscopy and cystoscopy have now formed scar neuromas in addition to all the other problems I was having.

See my hystory at http://www.soltec.net/~onery1/health.html

Any invasive procedure can cause adhesions to form. If the adhesions entrap a nerve in the process it can trigger RSD which is another problem all it's own. I cannot stress enough how important it is to stay away from invasive procedures when you know you are susceptible to adhesions UNLESS they are performed by a doctor (like Reich, Reiden and durn the meno fog but I can't remember the german guys name at the moment) who has extensive, Proven ability working with an adhesions patient.

Dear Bonnie

NOPE!!! Nothing can...nothing!! No diagnostic test known to man today can show an adhesion due to the density of the tissue composition of the adhesion. BUT...a bowel x-ray might show an intestine pulled out of alignment..but still a DR. is leery about giving an interpretation as to the cause of that.....please keep in mind that even though adhesion tissue does not show in a diagnostic test, something else MIGHT show up and that is very important to keep in mind.

Not all abdominal/pelvic pain is caused by adhesions, and not all adhesions cause pain!!
