Hello Helen.. Have them start to read information on the adhesion web site, that will offer them some beginning issues that are relatively easier to understand and relate to, okay! I am sure that Helen Dynda would be happy to even forward a few sites for them to read...also have them take a peek at the quilt as there is much to be learned from that..and they will soon understand that they are for sure, not alone in what they have been told regarding adhesions and pain, as well as many other unfortunate things ARD sufferers or ARD SURVIVORS as a surgeon put it today as we talked!!!
