In many cases such people have more psychological problems than actual physical. They are getting very shy or the exact opposite - very aggressive. Unfortunately they often can't catch the balance line and therefore get more intimately closed and more ... sick.. :( :(
Jayne, keep asking, seeking, thinking and doing. The real open mind is the real way to recover. I'm sure this forum is the place when adhesion sufferers could firstly rid of fears which are the main enemies of every sufferer.
It doesn't matter what methods you do use. The main issue what's your attitude towards doctor or method. If you suspect something wrong then your deal has foredoomed to failure. But if you believe in him/it entirely so you has won more than a half of the prize! And don't forget that a year has 365 days and every day we must do something for our health if we certainly like to be healthy. It doesn't matter what's going around you have to stay calm and do something every day! Every day!
