Yes, I forgot to ask this. I believe both attorneys that I know might
be too busy to accept new cases on contingency for long term disability
turn downs for private (ERISA) claims. Might anyone know an attorney
that is good and wins! I don't believe he has to be in my state does he?
Most of this is done through the mail and fax I presume?
