Hi, Just wanted to put in my 2 cents here :) Maybe Chris will too since she knows alot about this as well. But is is possible the pain you're having is from pulling muscles when you lift, or even a hernia from lifting. I know I have adhesions, but I also have problems with my muscles being weak after surgeries and recovery, and I can pull a muscle doing nothing! I tore a muscle in my back 2 weeks ago--one of the big ones in the middle that is responsible for holding the body upright! Luckily I am already in physical therapy for my back and neck, so I was able to get some relief using ice and muscle relaxers (I can't take pain meds or ibuprofen, aspirin, tylenol, etc).

I seem to continually injure my back and am told the only way to prevent this is to strengthen my back muscles with gentle exercises which DO make me feel ALOT better especially the day after.

Just an idea. Gina
