Hi Cyn, Welcome to the forum and I am so sorry to hear that you are
having such a tough time.It is certainly not all in your head, And if
any Dr. tries to tell you that than you should look for another Dr. .
I have been lucky with the Dr. that I have now. The Dr. that did my
hysterectomy just did not want to deal with the problems that I had
.(Even though at times I felt that he had caused some of them)If you
read what I just posted to Jaynie you will understand.I never had an
obstruction but there are others on here that have and should be able to
give you advice on that.So you have had a total hysterectomy now after a
couple of surgeries ? I just had the remaining right ovary and tube
taken on November 22nd.This was my 5th surgery since April 1998, an
awful lot for us to go through huh! I know just being able to tell
others what I am going through helps alot and I am sure that it will
help you as well. Before I found this forum I too thought that it was all
in my head and that I would go crazy, but after reading stories about
women who are suffering the same way with some of the same things I
could not believe it. I had my husband read them also and told him look
I am not alone in this there are others just like me. I was totally
amazed with that.THis forum has been such a blessing for me and I have
made some very special internet friends on here.If there is any thing
that I can help you with I will try my best. I hope that everything
goes well for you tomorrow and I don't envy you for having to do the
prep. Please let me know how you make out with everything.
