You should check on that incision. I don't remember what type surgery you had but if it was a laproscopy with a typical incision, then it should be healed if its been a month. At my last one the stitches would not dissolve and the doctor said it was because of the previous scar tissue from my last lap.

It sounds as if you have adhesions behind the uterus (since your rectum/colon fall right behind that area). I am sure that someone else on the board can direct you to a site that will give you more info with the medical terminology.
