Hi, I use it now and then to help me sleep. I have insomnia, especially bad since my hysterectomy, and sometimes go many nights in a row without sleep. I get real irritable when this happens and the best thing I can do for myself is take a klonopin and sleep for several hours. I wake up feeling groggy for a few hours and that's it. I at least catch up on sleep this way. I couldn't get a Dr. to prescribe anything for me to help me sleep (they always want to pass out anti-depressants tho!) so a friend gave me a bottle of his. I use them sparingly. Gina
