Hi Michele, I didn't understand what you meant when you posted the message about being in the wrong group. I am a pretty active person when I'm not in pain. (here lately activity causes more pain.) I enjoy my granddaugther, who lives with us, my kids (when they aren't being typical teenage boys), I have learned to enjoy and my husband says that I'm hooked surfing on the net and reading and researching all I can find about adhesions and what can do to make my self better. The pain meds help a bunch. Who wants to be on meds 24/7??? Not me. I hope you find yourself in the right place. We all learn from one another and the more that is share the more I know. Good luck. Teresa
