Didn't know there was an adhesion quilt, but I used to have my story on the
endo quilt and at some point, started getting tons of messages from that
forum but I was able to go to where the quilt was and there were
instructions on how to sign off the automatic mailing list or whatever it
was called. I'm personally getting this list through e-mail rather than
having to go to the forum and post because it's a lot easier for me.
