I am the spouse not the sufferer though. Couldn't get my wife to use it consistently.
My experience? Well I had bumps on my hand(like warts) for two years or more. I would pick at them and they would bleed and heal and not go away. Didn't hurt just was annoying. Well.... after 30 days of taking the MSM, no more bumps. REALLY NO BS. And no more bumps since. What do you think? Coincidental? Need more blind studies? Need more research? Forget that. Just try it consistently and keep notes. What have you got to lose?
