Hi!
You know how you read that you shouldn't take high doses of fat soluble
vitamins because they can accumulate to toxic levels, instead of being
flushed out of the body like water soluble vitamins? Well, I guess there
is some controversy with Vitamin E. If you look at the RDA for this
vitamin it is very low, yet the cardiologists prescribe it routinely for
the heart at the dose of 800 mg daily. Also, the gyns prescribe the
same dose for breast pain!
