Let's see if I can help you with this one. Both my sister and I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. When my sister was thirteen, she had a cyst removed from here ovary. Because of the size of the cyst, they ended up taking most of her ovary as well. The big part was that they removed over two and a half *gallons* of liquid that had backed up in her system and was contained in a sac attached to her cyst. Needless to say - the doctors thought she was pregnant.

You may want to do a search on PCOS, also known as Stein-Leventhal. I personally would say you have a cyst which should not be taken lightly. Have a good talk with your Gyn. Sometimes just taking the "Pill" can reduce a cyst.

Well, tomorrow is my surgery. 9:00 am EST. I remain ever positive and hopeful. I may not have anything Lysed - my surgeon does not want to risk more serious adhesions. I trust him and his judgement.

Peace to all ~ Meg
