Hi Tina:

This is great! I haven't been to the Mayo, but I have been to the Leahy Clinic outside of Boston and was not at all impressed with that place either. Nothing specific-it was just a big mill. It is supposed to be an excellent diagnostic center. I went there for another problem, not adhesions, years ago, looking for a diagnosis. The way they chose the doctor I saw was decided by what I told a triage nurse on the phone. So, I ended up seeing the same type of doctor that I had been seeing at home. I was looking for a new slant on my problem. Unfortunately I found this out after I saw the wrong doctor. Good Luck!
