I have the constant pelvic and abdominal 'somethings...in there?' type pain from day to day. Lower back pain is also present quite often.
But occasionally I will experience insanely bad hip pain that feels like something is literally inside my pelvis trying to wedge my hip out of its' socket. All that I can do is cry - take a pain pill and grab a heating pad. Also - I take 2 stool softeners and I take a stool softener everyday for a week and make sure I'm eating a known safe / routine diet and it eventually goes away. (Within 3 or 4 days, normally)
I've noticed that these episodes sometimes follow things like holidays, vacations or traveling - times when my food intake (as well as the amount of and type of, exercise I'm getting) is not routine.
I guess this is probably typical for people with Adhesions involving their organs and Neuropathic pain. But still I am curious if this sounds familiar to anyone else?
