I have been going to Physical Therapy because I had shoulder surgery. I told my therapist all about my adhesion monsters, and what I go through constantly. Last night my shoulder was aching and having little sharp pains. Well the adhesion monsters would have none of that, they had to join in the fun giving me sharp stabbing pains very deep inside causing me to be constantly doubled over. I told my Husband that I just really don't want to be me anymore. Today when I was at Phys Therapy, my therapist said I needed to meet the therapist that does the Myofascial Release. She came in and talked with me, and described what she can do to help me. Then I read this today, and have heard other gals write in telling their experiences with Myofascial Release, and how wonderful they are feeling because of it. Sooo it looks like I will be trying it out very soon. The hardest thing for me as I am sure it is for others is that I am VERY OVERPROTECTIVE of my abdomen. So Carolyn, thanks for sharing your story :) It's so nice to hear that you are doing so well. Cheryl   > Date: Sun, 6 Mar 2011 19:01:58 -0600
