I don't know if it was me that responded but I have the pump. They ususally start with the lowest possible dose and then you go in and have it adjusted. You use way less medicine with a pump as it goes straight to the spine and it doesn't give you the terrible side affects from taking orally. It is not a miracle cure but it is better.
