Hi Donna---when did you have your last surgery? and what does your Dr. say?--Tramadol I think is just a sleeping pill you can look it up on http://www. will your Dr. give you pain meds which appears you need and talk to your Dr. about more surgery and inquire about BARRIERS --Good luck, Lou
