Yes,it can -very much so. The docs say I have no obstruction since I do eventually go to the bathroom, but with very severe gastroparesis (due to the adhesions) I stay nauseated daily and have bouts of vomiting frequently- but no weight loss from it, which is weird. Have you had a gastric emptying study done? Might be worth checking into?

Yes, adhesions can cause nausea and vomitting, usually when they're strangling something.

I have been suffering from adhesions for many years but lately I am nauseous & vomitting. Is any one else experiencing these symptoms? I have alsways had the abdominal pain but these other symptoms are new.
