Hi Wendy. You are not alone. just try to take one day at a time. You mention being worn out after a BM. Have you included a high fiber diet? I believe the recommended amount is 20-30 grams a day. When I increased my fiber intake it caused my BMs to move easier and therefore caused less strain and pain in my sigmoid colon (my area of pain). Try different things to see what helps and take it a day at a time and remember you are not alone. just look at all the others on these postings! I just said a prayer for you. You are not alone.
