Hi Sue, I do deal with swelling in my legs, and feet. They tell me it is Edema?? My skin stretched out, it is sore to touch, my legs ache, and I have brown spots from mid calf to my ankle and heel. My ankles swell, the joke name is cankles, my feet ache and swell also. When I put on support stockings, the support feels really good, when I take them off, they ache horribly. They upped my BP meds, I just feel that it has more to do with adhesions than swelling. My salt intake is also cut back to 3% daily. I just hate it. Good luck. Cheryl
