I had 2 C-sections and a hysterectomy. When I carry too much of a load, I pay for it for days. I have been in bed for 3 days and still hurting just from carrying some boxes into a store. They weighted about 30 lbs. It is hard to sit. I can stand pretty good. but when I lay down the sides of my legs hurt a lot. I got out my full lenght massager and layed on it last night. it took the pain away and I could sleep all night. The pain was back this morning. It feels like I just pulled a bunch of stitches loose. it itches a little too. Or it feels like I need to go to the bathroom, or start my period. I had surgery 20 years ago. I feel your pain. Mine goes away and as long as I don't over do it, it is ok.
