Rachel, I was on Lyrica for at least 6 months. I will never go on it again either. It was an Arthritis specialist that told me how dangerous the drug is and I believe him. While on Lyrica I had no idea who I was half the time. I would forget to take my meds or I'm sure sometimes I had forgotten that I had taken them and took more. If you decide to try it make sure you have another adult around watching you. I would tell my friends not to take it or even try it. Only you can make that final decision. Sincerely, Wendy

I was wondering if anyone without Fibromyalgia has tried Lyrica. I have recently started taking 100 mg of Lyrica at night along with Cymbalta 60 mg. I have adhesions, but not Fibromyalgia. I wanted to know what the first few weeks were like for anyone taking Lyrica & if it worked for those who do not have Fibromyalgia. I know it helps for patients with Fibromyalgia, but what about those of us who just have the pleasure of adhesion pain?

Thanx,

Rachel L
