Robyn,

I tried the AbdoTab for a brief time but for some reason felt suspicious about the product. If I remember, it sounded like the company was located in one place but the product was shipped from another. I read somewhere where someone tried to take advantage of the money-back guarantee but was unable to do so.

I have spent lots of money on supplements. I'm taking Neprinol- going on 6 months- can't say anything is drastically different. Also lycopene- I recently read about how lycopene was good for adhesions due to endo but it wasn't clear if it helped get rid of adhesions already present or just from preventing new ones from forming.I figure it would work the same no matter what causes the adhesions. Also am trying Resveratrol which a national TV show featured this week- not specifically for adhesions but for general health and longevity.

My adhesions came from an on-the-job incident back in 1984. It was very repetitive and you had to work fast so I didn't always follow the safety rules such as to bend your knees to pick something up off of the floor as opposed to bending your back- which is the type of thing that got me into this mess.

I also read that some people are born with adhesions and may not have major issues until later in life. And really, I think that anything that causes inflammation can create adhesions, not just endo or surgery or work/athletic injuries.

As we all know, once you have them, regardless of the cause, how to get rid of them for good is the real question. I myself would be willing to have exploratory laparoscopy and adhesiology and then would be interested in seeing if these supplements would be any good at keeping them away, and also would ask if physical therapy could be used safely BEFORE they had a chance to come back but of course that could only be a couple of weeks for some of us which would probably be too soon!
