If you go to Oprah.com and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see "Contact Us". Click on that link and then go to "Suggest a Show". It will take you to a page to fill out.
I posted a direct link yesterday morning but for whatever reason, the link doesn't take you to that page.
Remember to stick to the 2000 character rule or it will not let you submit your story or request.
