Thank you so much for the info on the German doc. I am gathering info now and waiting until the pain is totally deblitating in case the spray gel comes to the states. Diet and exercise have really made the adhesions minimal to my organs. I have a trigger point which we think is an adhesion on one of my ovaries. I also have adhesions across my abdomen and up my core near stomach. Pain can be very distressing.
