Re: Incompetent surgeons in Washington state

I had my first lap surgery in May 2008 by my RE who specializes in fertility and laparoscopy, however, because she didn't book the OR long enough and because she would need assistance removing anything she found, that surgery was ONLY diagnostic. I didn't think she'd find anything, but I feel for you. I woke up from that surgery finding out I had severe adhesions and a ton of cysts and nothing was removed.

Two weeks ago I had my second lap surgery to remove the adhesions and cysts. This time my RE and a senior RE/surgeon worked on me.

It's possible that not only may your doctor not have had the expertise/experience to do your hysterectomy, but it could have been something stupid like my situation where the OR wasn't booked long enough. Now I wonder how many more adhesions will grow now that I've had two surgeries, (non prior to this).
