Roberta,

I think you should go back to Dr. Redan as he is actively practicing in the US. I had a hernia lapropcopic surgery in which adhesions developed. Then they tried to remove them. At that time the doctor did not put in a barrier like Seprafilm which he told me about later. I think some of these adhesion barriers are hard to to laproscopically. It has been 5 weeks and it seems like the same old pain is gradually coming back. But he said if it continues to bother me he would go back in and use Seprafilm. I live in Seattle and I have faith that my surgeon would try Seprafilm which apparently they have been successful at. I would not give up hope. It seems like there are many like us. I think my surgeons are on the cutting edge of advanced surgery using laprocopic techniques.

God Bless you, Aubrey Sonsini
