I would suggest going to your doctor as soon as you can. If you are
still vomiting consider the ER. These symptoms sound like a partial
bowel obstruction which often times result in episodes like you mention
above ( I am NOT a Dr but have had similar symptoms).
I have had similar issues and it is always best to get check out. Make
sure that they do a CT or X-ray of your abdomen...often times it is hard
to see a partial obstruction because they come & go but make sure they
at least check! I'm sure this is difficult so take care of yourself.
I sure hope you start feeling better!!
