Swimming may help too, if you have the ability to do such. When you are in a pool, the weight of the water seems to level things out so you can get more done without a lot of the pain. Plus you can just work your arms leaving the legs dragging if necessary on a bad adhesion day. There is a lot you can do in a pool, so adhesion sufferers should definitely consider water activities first and foremost.
