diet after surgery

I am hoping that someone out there can help
me, I am post op 4 days, with much success
thus far. I am now on a very restricted
diet, no green vegetables, no meats, dairy
for the first 2 weeks, and I am basicly
living off toast with soy spread and
chicken noodle soup no(chicken) Boost Breeze(R).
If anyone has a diet that is easy to follow;
that is easy on my internal organs, please
let me know, all advice is welcome.
