Cause of adhesions?

I have been experiencing pelvic pain for about
two years now. My dr originally thought that I
had endometriosis and treated me for that for about
five months before deciding to perform a laparascopy
on me. When I had the lap done, he stated that the
only adhesions he found were attached to my bowl and
my abdominal wall in the upper right quadrant.
He stated that he did not think these adhesions were
endo related and that he did not know what the cause
was because I don't have a history of previous abdominal
surgery, infection or trauma. So here I am, a month
after surgery and the pain has now returned in full
force.
Does anyone else have "unexplained" adhesions with
all the classic symptoms of endo?
