Tammy, I agree with you about not having surgery unless there is a emergency, I have had the adhesion surgeries done by the drs. that specialize in it and have them back again. I am on pain management.

You need to find a good pain management specialist and try to have massage done and the heating pad is great. Get one that turns off after a certain time because I too have had horrible burns by my old one. I still have quite of bit of pain on the meds but at least I am not in bed. Kelly

Rachel,

I had the mess put in 1/8/03 when I had my complete hysterectomy.(I had 20 adhesions from the previous surgery when I had my ovary removed 6 months earlier) My adhesions grew back in different areas in my pelvis and abdomen.
