Julie, You've had 20 surgeries? What makes you think the 21st will be any better. Sure, you may get relief for a few months but then it comes back again and it may come back worse. Please consider going to pain management for awhile. There are people that have numerous adhesion surgeries and their bodies are completely messed up worse.

At least if you are going to have surgery, please see an adhesion specialist. That doesn't guarantee that you will be any better either. Kelly

I just had a laproscopic lysis of adhesions in March which makes my 12 abdominal surgery in 20 years. I am already in severe pain again in the same areas. Is it too soon to operate again?
