I live on morphine for pain and lexapro for the depression .
Lately though I have started having horrible pain in my bowels . They did a colonoscopy but I didn't tolerate it well at all. Looks like it is adhesions grabbing on to them too. How can we live like this?? It's so hard. The pain is severe sometimes stinging sometimes burning but always there to some degree or another even on pain meds. My doctors say there is nothing more but to keep me as comfotable as possible. I have been to pain management classes and they teach little techniques to help you relax , but nothing ever takes it away now.
Maybe someday science will catch up for us. You think?? Regards, Theresa
