ovulation pain from adhesions

Here is my story: I have had 3 c-sections.
I have noticed for the past
6 years that I have had pain when my
bladder empties, when anything or anyone
touches my stomach with any kind of force,
during deep penetration ect.. On my last
c-section my Dr. cut my bladder because
it was attached to my uterus which was so
thin that the baby's hair could be seen
the my uterus. She had a very hard time
sewing it up. I had a tubal 2 years later
and she said my ovaries had adhesions, my
uterus was attached to my abdomen, and
that the only way to fix this was with
a hysterectomy. Which I have not had.
She said she only wanted to do it if
she had to. Now I have noticed the pain
during ovulation. I also have a brown
discharge that only happens when I strain
to use the bathroom or when my bladder
empties, which is new. Does any of this
sound familiar. And if it does, any
suggestions on how to talk to my Dr.
about these new symptoms?
