Re: possible adhesions

I have been having similar symptoms. I've had three c-sections. In August, the tightness I've felt for the past two years turned into pain. The same pain you describe. I've had many tests done from an ultrasound to a cat scan to even a colonoscopy. Though the doctors suspect adheasions, nothing significant has come from the tests.

They have pushed many pain killers on me, but with three young children to look after it is impossible to take. Yes, sometimes the pain dulls a bit with more activity but I also tire very easy. I meet with another surgeon at the end of the month and hope he will agree to try some time of procedure. The first surgeon I met dismissed me by saying it is a misnomer when women complain about abdominal pain due to adhesions. Or course, I bet he has never had three c-sections! I wish you much more luck than I had with the tests. Also, be persistant. We shouldn't have to deal with this kind of pain.
