I was tested for this by GI, Shands Hospital North FLA. It took 3 stool specimans. It was negative.

However, what mimics the same exact thing is colonic fistula's for which I have (2). The small intestine communicates via a hole with the large intestine and creates a short cut which bypasses the normal absorption route causing malabsorption and diarrhea.

Exertion is a trigger, the fistula's open and close and are not consistent. UGI with small bowel follow thru-- found them.

Same exact symptoms as the bacterial over growth.
