I am a veteran adhesion sufferer and I also have the pain in the vaginal area. I have had adhesions removed from the vaginal cuff so it could be that you have them there.
I just started on the Belladonna and haven't noticed much yet.
Unfortunately, Pain Management is what our option is right now. There are side-effects such as more constipation, irritablility, etc.. but it is a lot better then having the unbearable pain. I have been getting body work from a massage therapist and it really does help the pain too.
