Your appendectomy surgery (I am sure) caused adhesions, also the infection could have caused adhesions. I am not sure what the infectious Drs could tell you but it might help. not all people with adhesions have symptoms. I am not sure what DES is. Adhesions could cause more problems for you. But, many women, including myself have had normal pregnancies inspite of adhesions. What caused my adhesions was my first c-section in 83. I had 2 more babies via c-sections after that.
