My heart feel for you in India. This disease however has become epidemic worldwide and will continue to get worst as the years go by unless something can be done about it.

I have a few suggestions you might want to look at.

Do you have medical insurance or is it free in your country. Do you have pain clinics in the area you live in? If so, you may want to seek a pain management specialist who can help you take control of the pain your in and possibly help you live a productive life. Foods to avoid are things that might upset your bowels. That is very important.
