Hi Carolyn, My son had his bowel surgery at 8 days old, at 22 months he had surgery to correct his bowel adhesions. For the last 5 years we have had to deal with on-going pain and chronic constipation without a diagnosis. That is until friday when we find out if they will do a laparascopic surgery on his as no other tests will show anything. You must consider the intestines do not like to be handled too much and listen to your surgeon there is a reason why he says what he says.

We will not rush into surgery lightly so we are just taking a look but do not touch approach with the surgeon. We just want answers so we can research. Regards Evelyn
