I think I recall one of the people on the adhesion board had a similar problem, see if you can take a look at the archives for the IAS message board, I think it was in the month of February. Also I think that you can do a search on the IAS message board, type in appendix and see what you come up with, i bet you find a lot of answers there and some people that you can write to for more information and tips on recovery.
