Yes I tried it. Only temporarily did it do anything for me, just the time I
was at the doctor. By the time I left it came back. And it had only been
eased a little. I've tried hypnosis and mediatation too. They only seem to
work, if at all, while you are doing them. And that's if you can let go
enough for it to work. Often I am in so much pain I can't concentrate or
relax enough to be able to do anything.
