You should spend some time reading the board and the quilt. There are many, many suggestions, but there is no cure for adhesions unfortunately.

....... SO... off I went to the Neurologist who heard me out and mentioned "Adhesions" as a possible cause of all this pain.

I had never heard of them and Now I'm wondering.... has anyone else gone though something like this and is there any solution?
