I had a spinal block for one of my c-sections. My father in law who is an anaesthesiologist suggest it. I liked it much better than the epidural. There is a chance of what they call a spinal headache, but the chances of that are very low, I guess. I had no problems. The only thing is that you are conscious. You don't feel anything, except some pressure from them moving things around. I don't know if I'd want to be awake when they remove my adhesions, but that's just me. Hope this helps. If I ever had the option again, I would do the spinal again in a heartbeat. Samantha
