Chronic pelvic pain and back pain, extreme back pain during bowel

I am 30 years old, my first surgery was in 1998 for ovarian cyst and endometriosis, then another in 1999 for the same thing, then total hysterectomy in 2000, then surgery for adhesion on bowels in 2001, then another surgery for complications 4 months after surgery for adhesions....I have had back pain and pelvic pain ever since all of these surgeries.

I have been pain free since the end of 2002, but now the pain is back...constant lower back pain, intermittant pelvic pain and extreme back pain during bowel movement, some constipation.

I am wondering if the adhesions are causing these symptoms once again. This is very depressing seeing that I have been pain free for a couple of years now. I don't know what to do, I guess I should go see my GYN, but that is even more depressing because they dont do anything to help...any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
