I have a friend who had her adhesions over over 3 years ago (closer to 4)and has not had them come back (or at least she doesn't think so as she has no pain). I, too, am hoping for that someday. It has been a little under a year since I had my last major surgery and had adhesions and endo removed, I continue to have pain but not to the degree as before the surgery.
